How It Works

  1. Employers Access De-Identified Skills Metadata: Employers filter based on verified skills and outcomes. This includes course completion, grades, and relevant non-identifiable data (e.g., university, course title, expected graduation year).
     

  2. Filtered Candidate Matches: Employers filter candidates (without profiles), seeing only the number of matches based on their criteria.
     

  3. Engagement and Applications: Once satisfied with the number of matches, employers send opportunity details via Invite Apply. Students receive these invitations via our partnership with the university and can choose to apply directly with the employer, ensuring no personal data is collected or stored by Invite Apply.
     

  4. Anonymous Analytics: We track click-through rates (CTR) anonymously to provide valuable insights for universities and employers about demand and interest without compromising student privacy.

Unlike existing "marketplace solutions" which typically seek to profile individuals in order to eventually profit from the value of personal data, our unique approach to data privacy is to never require, store or collect personally identifiable data. Invite Apply was founded by Therefore Talent Co-Founders Nicola Harrison and Paul Martin, who have extensive experience in Talent Acquisition for corporations and universities. After realizing that traditional talent marketplaces do not leverage universities' strengths, they created a unique talent brokerage solution.
